Welcome to the Grillin’ & Chillin’ Ninja Showdown! My mission is to showcase the incredible dishes you can create with the Ninja Woodfire and build an invaluable resource for those who are new to outdoor cooking and smoking.
I know there are some skeptics in the BBQ community who don’t believe the Ninja Woodfire is a proper grill or BBQ. Personally I think any cooking outside is part of the UK BBQ scene, and this is our chance to set the record straight and demonstrate what’s possible with the Woodfire.
So, why am I doing this? It’s simple – the Ninja Woodfire UK Facebook group has grown into a supportive, passionate community, and I’m excited to contribute to the UK BBQ scene in any way I can, including championing the Woodfire. The more people we get excited about cooking al fresco, the better!
