    Gently form the beef mince into 90g balls. Avoid overworking the meat to keep the patties tender.

  3. Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Grill:

    Insert the griddle plate and preheat on “GRILL” mode set to high (approx. 240°C) for 20 minutes.

  4. Toast the Buns:
    • Add a small amount of butter to the griddle plate.
    • Toast the sliced buns until golden and set aside.
    • If making a Big Mac-style burger, slice an extra bun to create the middle layer.
  5. Prep the Burger Bases:
    • Spread special sauce onto the toasted bun bases.
    • Add shredded lettuce, diced onions, and pickle slices.
  6. Smash and Cook the Patties:
    • Place two beef balls on the hot griddle.
    • Smash each with a flat spatula until thin.
    • Season lightly with salt and pepper.
