A BBQ Tale from Lee’s Backyard
Picture this: A crisp British afternoon, the unmistakable aroma of burning charcoal wafting through the air, and yours truly, deep in thought. Like, why does the charcoal always seem to run out just when the steaks are perfectly marinated? But amidst these musings, an idea began to smoke and smoulder…
Introducing: The BBQ Community Product Review Platform
Now, before you think this is just another freebie giveaway, let me stop you right there. This isn’t about getting something for nothing. It’s about passion, dedication, and a love for all things BBQ. It’s about giving a bit of your time and creativity to showcase a product in all its grilled glory.
For Brands:
Why Collaborate with Smoke & Sear?

How It All Works
- Brands, Assemble! A brand or company with a product that needs some BBQ love reaches out.
- The Selection Process: From my list of BBQ enthusiasts (all subscribed and raring to go), I’ll pick someone who I think will do the product justice.
- The Challenge: I’ll drop the chosen one a message, laying out the task ahead. This could be anything from whipping up a specific dish, capturing some mouth-watering photos, or even creating a reel that’ll make viewers’ stomachs rumble.
- Passion Check: If they’re as fired up about the product as I am about a perfectly smoked brisket, we move to the next step. I’ll get their details and pass them on to the brand, who’ll send the product straight to their door.
- The Grand Reveal: Ideally, within a fortnight, our BBQ hero will have their content ready. They can always give me a shout if they want to double-check anything. Once it’s all good to go, they’ll post it on their socials, tagging the brand and giving their honest review.
- Double the Fun: Here’s the cherry on the BBQ cake – when posting on Instagram, they’ll collaborate with me. This way, the post reaches both our audiences. I’m not claiming to be the ‘King of BBQ Instagram’ or anything, but together, we can definitely make some noise and get that brand the attention it deserves!
A Final Sizzle from Lee
