🔥 Inferno Adana Bombs – The Finger Food Twist on Kebabs! 🔥
Turning classic kebabs into finger food? YES, please! These smoky, spiced lamb bombs with a molten chilli yogurt centre are a total flavour explosion. I reckon even @ollie_eats would tip his hat to these beauties. 🙌
The gooey centre? That’s the real MVP. Freezing the filling first made it so much easier to wrap and kept it perfectly molten while cooking. A little prep, big payoff!
The inspiration hit when I found some old Adana seasoning from @turkishspices tucked away in the garage. Bought it ages ago and, wow, it still brought the goods! Honestly, these would work just as well with the Doner blend too. If you love kebabs, you’ve got to get your hands on their stuff. 👌

🎤 So here’s the thing… I was gonna go all healthy with Cornflakes for this chicken sandwich. You know, like everyone else does. But then my local shop let me down. No Cornflakes, just Frosties.
And you know what? I binned the “healthy vibes” right then and there. Frosties it was. Sweet, crunchy, and a little rebellious – just how I like it.
I chucked everything at this sandwich: sweet, spicy, crunchy, glazed goodness… and honestly, maaaaaate, it turned out way better than I could’ve imagined. This thing is an absolute flavour bomb. 💣

Enjoyed a cheeky little ‘date night’ with my daughter over at @theranchlouth tonight.
Starters:
Olivia went for garlic bread and I had brisket bon bons. These were fantastic . . . Full of flavour!
Mains:
Olivia went for waffle burger (with fried chicken, maple smoked bacon and egg) whilst I went for the half rack of bourbon ribs topped with beef brisket . . . My theory was that I’d have to help her finish too . . . so best pace myself . . . but to my complete shock she demolished a good 75% herself 😮
Dessert:
We both went for the ‘Ranch Brownie’ . . . OK, possibly the best brownie I’ve had . . . but . . . we were both stuffed and couldn’t finish!
Came to a total of £79 (we had a couple drinks), and was well worth it . . . Amazing food, great atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and attentive . . . a fantastic date!
Can’t wait to return . . . in fact Olivia has suggested we go for Valentines Day 🥰 😂 🥰
