For the main course, we have a succulent Woodfire Roasted Chicken, seasoned with herbs and cooked until juicy and tender.
We finish with a classic Baked Apple Crumble, where unpeeled apples are sweetened and topped with a crispy crumble.
This meal is not just about delicious food; it’s about the joy of outdoor cooking, the freedom to step back and enjoy the outdoors, and the ability to create a variety of dishes with different textures and flavours.
