Now I’m giving UK BBQ brands a chance to get real exposure across Smoke & Sear — with no catch, no cash, and no marketing waffle.

Why am I doing this?

Look — this site started as a place to jot down recipes, because my memory’s crap and I couldn’t remember what I’d cooked that wasn’t rubbish. Over time it’s grown into something people actually use, read, and cook from.

Then I whacked some Google Ads on to make a few quid.

£300–400 a month? Lovely.

Without a doubt, this is the best thing I’ve ever cooked in my 5-year BBQ journey. I’m not even exaggerating. It completely shocked me.
