SMOKED & SHREDDED THOR’S HAMMER 🪓💥
Not fancied cooking outside for a while if I’m honest — but the kids have been on at me:
“When are you gonna start cooking the good stuff again?” 😂
So I jumped on @idevour.meat ordered a few bits, and decided to kick things off with this beast: Thor’s Hammer.
We smoked it slow on the Kamado Joe Classic III with the SloRoller to build up that bark, then dropped it into the braise for a few hours until it was fall-apart tender.
Hand-shredded it, reduced the braising juices into a glossy jus, and boom — next level.
Me and the kids smashed it with creamy garlic mash and green beans. Proper lovely.
